Bentley Recalls

We want to ensure that your Bentley vehicle is safe and owning your Bentley is a great experience for you. When a recall campaign is issued, we want to ensure that the problem is repaired so you can enjoy your vehicle properly.

How to find out if a recall campaign concerns me? You only have to enter the VIN code of your car into the search field. The VIN code is an identification number of the vehicle which can be found on the vehicle body and in the logbook. It is in the form of 17 letters and numbers. Clicking on the Search button you can check whether there is a relevant recall campaign for your car in our database.

Your VIN is a 17-character code (e.g., 1HGCM82633A123456) unique to your vehicle, usually found on the vehicle body and in the logbook

Your vehicle with VIN {VIN} does not, at this time, have any recall action outstanding.

Please double check you have entered your 17 digit VIN correctly!

If further information is required, please contact your Bentley contact centre.

Important Notes

It can be the case that only a certain production period is affected by a recall. Using the model, year and engine designation alone it is not always possible to reliably tell if a vehicle is part of a recall. Updating of the search tool may lead to unavoidable delays. In isolated cases, updating of the search tool may possibly lag behind the actual situation and are therefore provided on a conditional basis. We hope you will understand that the above information is merely provisional, and not legally binding. Should your vehicle be included in the recall you will be notified by us in writing as soon as the corresponding repair is available.
