Warranty

Each new Bentley motor car and each replacement part or assembly manufactured or supplied by it, comes with a Warranty. The warranty period for a new car is three years, with no mileage limitation and commences on the date of delivery to the first owner. Warranty territorial provision is based geographically on the regional coverage distribution of our global dealer network regions:

• 'Europe' – This includes all the European countries as well as the UK and Russia.

• 'China' – This includes China as well as Hong Kong and Macau

• 'Americas' – This includes North & South America as well as Canada

• 'Middle East' – This includes the 'Middle East' countries and also includes India and South Africa.

• 'Asia Pacific' – This includes the 'Asia Pacific' countries and includes Australasia & New Zealand

• Japan & Korea

Battery recycling

All battery producers in the UK are required to be registered with the Government as part of an EU-wide initiative to increase battery collection/recycling and which completely prohibits the landfill/incineration of automotive and industrial batteries. Bentley Motors Ltd. is registered as a Producer of Batteries under Registration Number BPRN 00836.

Vehicle batteries

As a producer of automotive batteries under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, we Bentley Motors Ltd are obliged to collect, free of charge and within a reasonable time, waste automotive batteries for treatment and recycling from final holders e.g. scrap yards, end-of-life vehicle Authorised Treatment Facilities, Civic Amenity Sites, etc. We are required to do this in any calendar year we place new automotive batteries on the market. If requested, AutoGreen can arrange for the automotive or the high-voltage batteries it has produced to be collected from the types of sites listed above. Should you wish to arrange a collection, please email battery.recycling@bentley.co.uk.

Industrial batteries

As a producer of industrial batteries under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, we Bentley Motors produce lithium-ion batteries. We are obliged to take back free of charge, waste industrial batteries supplied to an end user for treatment and recycling. We are required to do this in any calendar year we place new industrial batteries on the market. If any of our customers or in certain cases other end users, require us to take back Industrial batteries, they should contact us at battery.recycling@bentley.co.uk. We will agree the necessary arrangements for the return, proper treatment and recycling of the waste industrial batteries.

Vehicle disposal (UK only)

Bentley Motors Ltd has partnered with AutoGreen to provide a Government-approved national network of certified dismantling companies. They will take care of the environmentally friendly recovery of your car once it's reached the end of its life. Vehicle disposal (Continental Europe)

Bentley Motors has arrangements with authorised disposal contractors throughout Europe who are able to dispose of Bentley cars at the end of their lives in an environmentally responsible way. To access these services, please contact your approved Bentley dealer.

Many of our dealers now offer a vehicle collection & delivery service. Should any repair or maintenance work be required, your Bentley can be collected from an address of your choice, at a time convenient to you, and delivered to an Authorised Bentley Repairer.
